Responsibilities

  • Inventory all documents stored in the legacy HR system.

  • Assess the available documentation and define the most effective approach for analyzing, organizing, and preparing it for migration.

  • Extract all relevant documents from the legacy system, identifying the document type, owner, and associated employee.

  • Classify extracted documents by topic, employee, and year using modern document classification technologies.

  • Prepare all documentation for import into the new HR system in accordance with the new naming conventions and filing structure.

  • Support the Payroll Specialist throughout the document migration and import process.

  • Upload and organize HR policies and related documentation to ensure they are accessible from day one of the new system's deployment.

  • Create standardized document templates to streamline document preparation and signature workflows.

  • Support the Payroll Specialist with administrative tasks for onboarding.

Your profile

  • You have recently completed your studies and are looking for an HR internship lasting a couple of months.

  • You speak and read English fluently. Knowledge of French is a plus.

  • You are autonomous, organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

  • You are comfortable working with confidential and sensitive information and can be trusted to handle it appropriately.

  • You are comfortable working with digital tools and are able to learn new systems quickly.

  • You are proactive and able to manage repetitive tasks with care and accuracy.

  • Previous experience in HR administration, document management, or working with HR information systems is a plus, but not required.
