Over the last few years, Transport and Environment has experienced exponential growth across all of our offices. In this context to ensure smooth functioning of the Brussels HQ, we seek an Office Assistant to support the Facilities Manager in their day to day work. This position will primarily focus on providing routine operation support and keeping the office supplied and organized. The Office Assistant will report to the IT & Facilities Manager and will be part of the Operations team.

The responsibilities of the Office Assistant will involve:
Office presence 5 days a week; no working from home possible given the nature of the role.
Monitoring of office supplies;
Receiving and sorting office deliveries;
Maintaining the meeting rooms in order;
Receiving office guests;
Sorting and sending mail and processing of the incoming calls;
Assisting with the organisation of office lunches and events
Admin support during internal events;
First line of contact for office related ad-hoc issues;
Performing other office related duties as assigned
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria :
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Able to adapt to changing environment;
Excellent communication skills;
Fluent oral and written English, knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus
This is a full time position based in Brussels.
This position will be a 1 year CIP (internship) contract, with a salary of €1500 per month.
